We started with a pumpkin poem.
And then it was time for some Science!
We talked about what is inside of an egg before looking at our "naked," shell-less eggs.
The exciting part came next.
We had 2 casualties (broken eggs) but luckily I planned ahead for that :-)
Later in the afternoon, the students were introduced to a new Math Work activity. This is a 100-Chart puzzle. These will be available to them tomorrow, during our Math Work rotation.
We finished the day with a video of Pumpkins Everywhere!
