First thing this morning, we completed our Making Words
review activity. We used the
-an and
-am word families. Next week, we will change the Making Words process a little to make it a bit more challenging. Most of the students are ready for the challenge!
We read
Sergio Makes a Splash. Sergio is a penguin for the South Pole. He loves soccer, fish, and water/ice, but he doesn't know how to swim. When he goes on a field trip with his friends to learn to swim he insists on wearing floaties, a tube, and snorkel.
Students were introduced to five new activities - 3 for Work Work and 2 for Math Work.
