Miss Osberg and I were discussing this poem and how we have fond childhood memories of the words and the tune. I went searching for the original lyrics and the music.

Each of these students know almost all of the Level A Word Wall Words. Tiana knows 33 of 35! Alexis and Kaidynce each knows 30 of 35 words!

Pilgrims
The Pilgrims came
across the sea,
And never thought of you and me;
And yet it's very strange the way

We all had a fabulous time participating in Field Day!

For the last 2 days, as a class, students have been creating sentences using word wall words. I then write them on the white board with mistakes. The students then find the errors.
