Colur Hunt

Students used teamwork to search the classroom for various objects that corresponded to their piece of coloured paper. We started with an example that I created using all brown objects.


Then the students took over......

Colours are Cool

Students discussed cool colours today. As the project started, Desiree chose to arrange her cool crayons before beginning the project.



The finished projects turned out great!

Colour - Human Colour Wheels

This morning, the class made human colour wheels using laminated colour samples.

Colour - The Science of Colour

Test tubes are always fun for kindergartners, but add food colouring and you are guaranteed to have fun.



After mixing the food colouring in the test tubes, students completed a booklet. The booklet shows the process they followed to make a secondary colour (green, purple, and orange) from two primary colours (yellow, red, and blue).
